1. Joint method

mechanical joint generally refers to the use of belt buckle joint. This joint method is convenient, fast and economical, but the efficiency of the joint is low. It also uses servo electromechanical as the power source, which is easy to damage, and has a certain impact on the service life of conveyor belt products. In PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant and antistatic conveyor belt joints, this joint method is generally used for products below grade 8 belt

the cold bonding testing machine also connects the joints in this way, that is, the cold bonding adhesive is used to connect the joints. This joint method is more efficient and economical than mechanical joint. It should have a better joint effect. However, in practice, it is difficult to master the process conditions and the quality of adhesive has a great impact on the joint, so it is not very stable

hot vulcanization joint is proved to be the most ideal joint method in practice, which can ensure high joint efficiency, and is also very stable. The service life of the joint is also very long and easy to master. However, there are some disadvantages, such as troublesome process, high cost, long joint operation time and so on

2. The joints of layered conveyor belt

can adopt mechanical joints, cold bonding joints, hot vulcanization joints and other joint methods as required. Generally, cold bonded joints and hot vulcanized joints adopt stepped structure joints

3. Joints of PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belts

due to the special structure of the whole core belt, the joint is not easy, so most of them adopt the mechanical joint method, that is, the belt buckle joint. However, for belts above grade 8, in order to ensure the joint effect, the method of hot vulcanization joint is generally adopted. The structure of joints is finger joint. The heat vulcanization joint process of PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belt is relatively complex, and the requirements for equipment are also relatively high
